Annual Book Sale

Molly-Ocket week-end. This year: Friday, July 18th,2014 starting at 12 noon until 6:00 pm and Sat. July 19, 2014 starting at 8am until 6:00 pm.

Annual Plant Sale

May 31, 2014 9:00am-10:00am. Come and buy afforable perennials donated by local gardeners. Have planrs to donate? Stop by the library or call either Susan Parker 824-4767 or Susan Day 824-2741.

Adopt-A-Book Program

Our Adopt-A-Book Program allows library patrons to donate money for a book that the library has selected for it's collection. A book plate is then placed in the front of the book with the contributor's name along with the name of the person that the book is being donated for, in memory or honor of. Patrons also "purchase" books for birthdays, annerversities, graduations and other holidays. If you would like to Adopt-A-Book please stop by the library or call 824-2520.

Children's Summer Reading Program

Bethel Art Festival

Saturday, July 5,2014, 2:00pm "Summer Stories:Maine artist Leslie Anderson will present "Summer Stories", a collection of short stories inspired by her paintings. Two of the book's ten authors, Claire Guyton of Lewiston and Nancy Brown of Bethel, will read from their stories. Anderson will have copies of her paintings and books available
